Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Orders are posted to UK addresses only, usually within 3 working days of payment. Delivery is £3.95, and free on orders over £40.00. You can also choose to collect your order from Angela in Hythe or at a forthcoming fayre – there is no charge for collection.

Cancelling and returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Please email angela@chiyureikiandnaturalwellness.co.uk to let me know, and return the goods unused within 14 days of telling me. Refunds are made to the original payment method once the goods are back with me.

For hygiene reasons, skincare and cosmetic products that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned unless faulty.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me straight away with your order reference and a photo and I will put it right.

Crystals

Crystals are natural, so size, colour and markings vary slightly from the photos. Crystals and Reiki are complementary and are not a substitute for medical treatment.

Your information

I only use the details you give at checkout to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. Payments are taken by PayPal or SumUp on their own secure pages – I never see or store your card details. I do not sell or share your information with anyone else, other than the payment provider and the postal service needed to complete your order.
